Job Overview

PeopleShare is hiring Health Insurance Trainees for a major healthcare enrollment center. This is a great opportunity to start a long-term career in the insurance industry.
No license or experience required — we provide the online course for free.

What You’ll Do

Complete an online pre‑licensing course (free) before the April start date
Pass the state Health Insurance License exam
Attend paid training after becoming licensed
Assist customers with Medicare and ACA plan questions
Provide accurate information and document interactions
Use multiple computer systems while following compliance guidelines

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using computers/multiple screens
Able to complete the licensing process
Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
